How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times for each order is 4 business days. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery, although customers report that they receive their orders within 14 days.

I need to make a change on my order. How can I do that?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.  Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

I need to return my purchase. What is your return policy?

Returns may be discussed on a case by case basis.  Because the items are unique and custom curated, replacements for the same item are often not available.  Exchanges for a different product may be available.  Returns or exchanges will only be considered within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
In order to request a return or exchange, please email us at and indicate "RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST" in your subject line.  In all cases, in order for a return or exchange to be honored, items must be received unused, undamaged, unwashed (if applicable) and with the original package.  We do not offer returns on jewelry.
